By accessing or purchasing from pushpraj.store ("Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Services
We provide promotional social-media engagement services (followers, likes, views, comments, shares, etc.) for public profiles and posts. All services are delivered to public URLs you provide; we never request your password.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. Delivery
Most services begin delivery within minutes; full completion times are listed on each service card. Delays may occur due to platform updates or maintenance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Profiles or content that promote violence, hate, illegal activity, sexual exploitation, or misinformation.
- Impersonation, fraud, or any activity that violates the policies of the underlying platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Buying engagement for private/locked profiles.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion.
6. Platform Disclaimer
We are an independent agency and are not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Spotify. Their policies may change at any time, which can affect service delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, text, design) is the property of Pushpraj Digital Services. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without written permission.
8. Account & Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the link/handle you submit. Orders placed with the wrong link cannot be refunded once delivery starts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pushpraj Digital Services from any claim arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kabeerdham, Chhattisgarh.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
