Shipping & Delivery Policy

All services offered by Pushpraj Digital Services are digital services. No physical products are shipped.

1. Delivery Method

Once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, our team begins delivering the service directly to the public profile or post URL you provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

  • Instant Services (Likes, Views, Shares) — Usually start within 0–60 minutes.
  • Followers (Indian/Global) — Start within 0–24 hours, completed within 1–3 days depending on quantity.
  • Comments (Manual) — Within 1–6 hours.

Exact delivery times are listed on each service card. Large orders may be split over multiple days for safety.

3. Order Tracking

Logged-in users can track every order in their Dashboard. Guest customers receive WhatsApp updates on the number provided at checkout.

4. Delivery Failures

If your order does not start within the listed delivery time + 72 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp. We will either complete the delivery or issue a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

5. Wrong Link / Private Profile

If you submit a wrong link or set your profile to private after ordering, delivery may fail. In such cases, please WhatsApp us within 30 minutes of placing the order so we can update the link before delivery begins.
