Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind every order. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 10 minutes of payment, provided delivery has not started. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp +91 62617 68664 with your Order ID.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Payment Deducted But Order Not Created — Full refund within 5–7 business days.
- Service Not Delivered Within Promised Time + 72 hours — Full refund.
- Less Than 50% Delivered & Cannot Be Completed — Pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.
- Service Cancelled By Us (out of stock, platform restrictions) — Full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Order fully delivered as described.
- Drop in followers/likes after delivery — covered by free refill on eligible packages (see Refill Policy on each service card), not by refund.
- Wrong link submitted by you and delivery already started.
- Profile set to private after order placement.
- Account suspended/banned by the platform for reasons unrelated to our service.
- Demo and promotional packages priced below ₹100 are non-refundable once delivery begins.
4. Refund Process
- Raise a refund request on WhatsApp with your Order ID + reason.
- Our team responds within 24 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We resolve 99% of issues within hours on WhatsApp. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account ban.
